Nursing is a wonderful pro...Congratulations to you. Nursing is a wonderful profession. My son was a preemie and I consider that the nurses saved his life with their 24/7 rotations and TLC. As far as I'm concerned, they run the show anyway. One nurse gave my son a complicated "head shunt" IV that two residents were unable to complete.
